MINDFULNESS IN MOTION PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS BELOW:

Tai Chi (Taiji) is an internal martial arts style from China.  It is also a very effective health exercise and moving meditation.  
Tai Chi means 'balance and harmony' in Body, Mind, Spirit and LIFE.  We offer traditional Tai Chi programs where you will learn Yang Style 5 movement form called Tai Chi Easy, a 9 movement form called Integral 9 and Tai Chi 24 movement form.  
We also offer classes that blend Tai Chi and Qigong and Tai Chi and Yoga called Tai Chi Qigong Flow and Tai Chi Yoga Flow.

Qigong is a Mind-Body moving meditation program that combines gentle, flowing movements and stretching, deep breathing, self-massage and mindfulness for a restorative exercise that builds your vital (life) energy (Chi), improves posture & balance, decreases stress,  induces a deep sense of inner peace and More.  Qigong (pronounced chee gung) means energy cultivation or practice.
Classes include the following Qigong forms:
Bu Zheng Qigong, 9 Phases Qigong, 5 Elements, Animal Qigong, 8 Pieces of Brocade, 7 Precious Gestures, Dao Yin and More.

Tai Chi Qigong Flow

Experience the Mind-Body Moving Meditation of Tai Chi and Qigong with Scott White. Feel the Yin/Yang balance of flowing Tai Chi exercises, grounding Qigong postures, and centering Qi-filled Breathing exercises, along with movement therapy, mindful stretching and transitions that make Tai Chi so powerful at all levels.



Kung Fu Power Yoga

Experience a blend of Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Yoga forms and gestures where postures are sometimes held for 5-10 breaths before moving through a Vinyasa like Ashtanga and other times we flow quickly through the movements like Power Yoga.  It is an intense workout that will make you sweat.  THIS PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT AT THIS TIME.
