CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Tai Chi, Qigong & Stretching class is a mindfulness practice , a moving meditation, somewhere between Yoga and Tai Chi.  Breeze through the stresses of life and get your inner core in shape. 
In this class, you will learn to Heal & Balance your Body and Energy with this 5,000 year old Energy Work practice, Mindfulness-Mind-Body Moving Meditation , Breath practice and Healing Art for Health, Balance, Mobility, Flexibility, Vitality, Inner Peace AND MORE!!!  No Experience Necessary.

Tai Chi 24 (Fu Style) Class

  This is an excellent form for beginners containing a total of 24 movements.  Basic footwork and body posture are taught, followed by detailed, step by step instruction of the entire form.  The student is encouraged to be soft and relaxed to promote blood circulation and physical coordination and More.  
Class includes Qigong warm up, Breath Practice.and Yi Jin Jing (Muscle tendon & strengthening) and Stretching.  No Experience Necessary

 Move, stretch and find your flow!
This class is just what you need to feel completely relaxed and focused.  Find your flow in body, mind and spirit as you stretch your body and focus your mind to the rhythm of your breath.
This is you time.  Time out of your day to clear your head and get focused on the present moment.
You will finish the class feeling like you have had an amazing massage with your muscles strengthened and lengthened as well as relaxed and loose. 
Reduce pain and improve mobility as well as balance your body and mind in this class  designed for all ages and levels.
